Return And Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order was delivered to request a return.

Returns must be approved first — don’t send anything back without contacting us.

What’s Eligible for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • With original tags still attached

  • In the original packaging

  • In resellable condition

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

All returned items are inspected. If your item shows wear, smells, stains, or damage caused after delivery, your return will be declined.

 

What’s NOT Returnable

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or used

  • Items without original tags or packaging

  • Sale or discounted items (these are final sale)

  • Gift cards

  • Personal care items (e.g. grooming or skincare)

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Change-of-mind returns unless we choose to accept them

Return Process

  1. Email us at uncensoredclothing.au@gmail.com with your order number and reason.

  2. If accepted, we’ll send you a return label and shipping instructions.

  3. Returns must be sent to:
    55 Hoffmans Road, Niddrie, VIC 3042, Australia

Items sent without approval will not be processed or returned.


Exchanges

Need a different size or product?

We don’t do direct exchanges. Instead:

  1. Return the item (if eligible).

  2. Once approved, place a new order separately.


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the decision.

If approved, your refund will go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Bank processing times may vary.

If 15+ business days pass after refund approval with no money returned, contact us.


Your Legal Rights

This policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

If a product is:

  • Faulty

  • Misrepresented

  • Not doing what it’s supposed to do

…you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund, even if it’s a final sale item.


EU Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period — you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it.

Returned items must still meet our unworn/unused condition rules.

 

Abuse of Policy

We reserve the right to refuse any return or refund if we suspect abuse, fraud, or repeated policy violations.
